Becoming a member of Seward Co-op is easy. Stop by our Customer Service Desk, complete an application form and make a $75 stock investment in the co-op. Learn more about our three membership payment options here.

Seward Co-op member-owners enjoy numerous member benefits, including:

  • Member-only specials throughout the store;
  • An investment in their community;
  • A vote—to choose the board of directors and impact the future direction of the co-op;

Patronage Refund
If you're a Seward Co-op member, you'll notice a number or points at the bottom of your receipt each time you shop. These points apply to your patronage refund account. All co-op members receive a patronage refund, which is a refund proportional to the amount spent at the co-op during any profitable year. One point equals 1 penny spent. So, for example, 100 points = $1 spent. It's an easy way to keep track of how much you've shopped at the co-op.

Learn more about co-op membership in our Shop the Co-op brochure, available here and at the Customer Service desk.
