Meat & Seafood in the News

Seward's Meat & Seafood department was recently mentioned in Mpls/St Paul Magazine as a purveyor of local pasture-raised pork shanks. The pork ($4/lb.) is featured in a kimchi soup recipe by Philip Dorwart as a great winter comfort food.

Seward Co-op's Meat & Seafood Department proudly carries Hill and Vale beef, which is cut and processed right here in the store. The co-op was recently mentioned on the site chowhound as one of the best places in Minneapolis to get ground beef.
