HR Training and Hiring Coordinator

Seward Coop seeks a Human Resources Training and Hiring Coordinator to start immediately.  This is a dynamic position that requires an outgoing personality, the ability to develop programs and a passion for training and staff development.  This is a flexible full-time position and may require one weekend shift.

Responsibilities that fall under this position include coordinating and maintaining all training and staff development programs at Seward Co-op, coordinating the Seward Co-op employee wellness program, screening applications and acting as the entry contact for interested applicants to Seward Co-op.

Qualifications include an outgoing personality, professional training experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and computer literacy.  Interested persons should be able to both work independently and with a team, and have an ability to meet timelines.
