he Front End Department seeks a floor supervisor to start immediately.  Evenings and weekends required.  The purpose of this job is to ensure smooth front end floor operations during designated shifts, to provide strong customer service and to assist with store security.

Responsibilities include:

• Courteous and friendly customer service, cashiering and bagging
• Coordination and training of front end staff
• Following established opening and closing procedures
• Facilitation of shift routines, including breaks and lane rotation
• Maintaining security in front end, money handling, drops and change making
• Trouble-shooting throughout the front end, equipment, problem solving, scanning, etc.
• Maintaining clean, orderly condition of front end
• Provide assistance to MOD and Front End Manager

Qualifications include:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• History of reliable attendance
• Excellent cashiering skills/knowledge of store register system
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Complex problem solving skills
