Seward Co-op's haggis is great because it's handmade with local beef organ meat; which means there are more vitamins and minerals than other cuts of meat. Haggis has a really smooth texture and rich flavor. And since it's already cooked, there's really no preparation except re-heating it. It's great when taken out of its casing and fried up with eggs.
